- Social Media Akademi Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: A full refund of the paid registration fee will be provided if the request is received up to 7 days before the start of the Akademi.
- Partial Refund: A refund of 75% of the paid registration fee will be provided if the request is received between 3 days before the start of the Akademi and before the first live class.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the first live class of the Akademi has taken place.
- Web Design and Content Creation Services Refund Policy:
- Custom Projects: Due to the personalized nature of web design and content creation services, no refunds can be provided once the project has been initiated or completed.
- Product and Service Payments:
- Payments made for products or services, including but not limited to web design packages, content creation packages, and Akademi registrations, are non-refundable once the services have been initiated.
- CRM Setup Fee and Monthly Maintenance FeesOnce a project completion certification is signed, there will be no refunds available for CRM Setup Fees and Monthly Maintenance Fees. We want to ensure that we provide the best service possible throughout your project, and this addition to our policy helps us maintain a clear and fair approach to refunds after project completion.

- In the case of exceptional circumstances or unforeseen issues, we are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a satisfactory resolution on a case-by-case basis.
