Terms and Conditions - CV Kreative Social Media Akademi

1. Enrollment and Participation: By enrolling in the CV Kreative Social Media Akademi, you agree to participate in a 4-week online training program covering various aspects of social media marketing.
2. Payment: Payment for the Social Media Akademi is due at the time of enrollment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Refund Policy: A refund of 75% of the enrollment fee will be provided for cancellations made before the start of the Akademi. No refunds will be issued after the first live class event.
4. Access to Resources: Upon enrollment, participants will receive access to live classes, SOPs, templates, and other course materials. These resources are intended for the enrolled participant's personal use and should not be shared or distributed.
5. Live Classes: Live classes will be conducted on Zoom and are scheduled weekly. Participants are responsible for attending the classes at the designated times. Replays may be available for missed sessions.
6. 1-on-1 Strategy Sessions: Participants are entitled to two 60-minute 1-on-1 strategy sessions. These sessions must be scheduled within the specified time frame and are subject to availability.
7. Intellectual Property: All course content, including SOPs, templates, and materials, are the intellectual property of CV Kreative Marketing and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
8. Discounts: Participants of the Social Media Akademi are eligible for a 25% discount on select CV Kreative Marketing services, as outlined in the product description.
9. Liability: CV Kreative Marketing is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the participant's enrollment or participation in the Akademi.
10. Changes to Schedule: CV Kreative Marketing reserves the right to modify the schedule, content, or structure of the Social Media Akademi if necessary.
11. Termination: CV Kreative Marketing reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment if they violate the terms and conditions or engage in inappropriate behavior during the Akademi.

Terms and Conditions - Web Design Services

1. Hosting, Maintenance, and SSL Certification:

a. All web design projects undertaken by CV Kreative Marketing include the following services, free of charge, for the initial period of one year:

i. Hosting: Your website will be hosted on our servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
ii. Maintenance: We will provide regular maintenance to ensure your website operates smoothly, including software updates and troubleshooting.
iii. SSL Certification: We will secure your website with an SSL certificate to encrypt data transmission, enhancing security.

2. Renewal Fees:

a. After the initial one-year period, the following fees will apply for the continuation of services:

i.   Hosting: $22.99 per month.
ii.  Maintenance: $49.99 per month.
iii. SSL Certification: $9.99 per year.

3. Transfer of Hosting, Security, and Maintenance:

a. If you wish to transfer your website's hosting, security, and maintenance to another service provider, a one-time transfer fee of $250 will be applicable. This fee covers administrative and technical costs associated with the transfer process.

4. Payment:

a. Payment for hosting, maintenance, and SSL certification renewal fees is due on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your agreement with CV Kreative Marketing.

5. Back-End Access to website and online assets:

      i. Access Levels:

a. Clients of CV Kreative Marketing will be provided with back-end access to their websites with an "Editors" role. This access allows clients to make updates and modifications to their website's content.

b. "Admin" access, which includes full control over website settings and configurations, is reserved for CV Kreative Marketing, its affiliates, and partners only.

        ii. Transfer of Hosting:

a. Should the client wish to transfer their website to a different hosting provider before the first year of the agreement is over, a transfer fee of $250 will be required. This fee covers the administrative and technical costs associated with the transfer.

b. Prior to the transfer, all plugins and integrations specific to CV Kreative Marketing's hosting environment will be removed. Clients may request the reinstallation of these plugins or integrations on a case-by-case basis, subject to additional

6. Termination:

a. Termination of the web design services provided by CV Kreative Marketing requires a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Clients must submit a formal written request for termination via email or postal mail to CV Kreative Marketing's official contact address.

b. The termination notice period commences on the date when CV Kreative Marketing receives the written termination request.

c. All outstanding fees and charges, including hosting, maintenance, and SSL certification fees, must be settled in full before the termination becomes effective.

d. Upon the effective date of termination, CV Kreative Marketing will cease hosting, maintenance, and SSL certification services for the client's website. Any data or content hosted on CV Kreative Marketing's servers will be securely archived and made available to the client for transfer, if requested.

e. CV Kreative Marketing will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of services, including the temporary unavailability of the client's website.
